Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What is the refund/cancellation policy?
A: Tuition is refundable up to two weeks prior to the seminar for hands-on workshops. A $50 processing fee is charged which is applicable to another seminar or course. Tuition is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within the final two weeks prior to the seminar. If weather or some other unforeseeable event occurs which forces Academy of Clinical Massage to cancel a seminar, a full refund is provided. If weather or some other unforeseeable event occurs which forces Academy of Clinical Massage to reschedule a seminar, we will reschedule as soon as possible. Academy of Clinical Massage is not responsible for travel or other related expenses. Refunds are available for online courses as long as the course has not been accessed.
